Terms of Service for Templates Mania

Welcome to Templates Mania. By purchasing and using our Elementor templates on ThemeForest, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our templates.

2. Licensing

All templates sold by Templates Mania are licensed through Envato Market.

Regular License: Allows use in one single end product for yourself or a client.

Extended License: Allows use in one single end product which may be sold to end users.
Redistribution, reselling, or sub-licensing of our template source files “as-is” is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All design, code, and content within the templates are the intellectual property of Templates Mania. Purchase of a template grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.

4. Item Support

We provide support for our templates as per Envato’s support policy.

What’s Included: Bug fixes, answering technical questions about item features, and assistance with reported issues.

What’s Not Included: General WordPress or Elementor core issues, extensive customizations, or third-party plugin integration.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled exclusively through the Envato Market platform. We follow the Envato Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are not provided for “change of mind” once the product has been downloaded.

6. Limitation of Liability

Templates Mania shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use our templates, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-Party Assets

Our templates may use third-party assets (like Google Fonts, Unsplash images, or FontAwesome icons). These assets are subject to their own respective licenses. Images used in our demos are often for preview purposes only and may be replaced with placeholders in the download package.

8. Governing Law
